This is a season of an open heaven as we see the continuation of the call, for us to press in, and draw near to the Lord.

God is revealing a new level of intimacy in the Body of Christ in this season. It is a time of sowing, not only financially, but also in investing our time in the deep presence of the Lord.

We are continuing to move into a time or season of harvest in the near future. But before that, God is building on the foundation that is being laid, of a maturing anointing in the Body of Christ. 

Before the harvest must come the planting, because the harvest cannot come forth without planting. Revelation cannot come without waiting on the Lord, and so we need to be in a time of sowing, of planting in fertile soil.

That means we are to be established in the Logos Word of God and the Rhema word of God. This is the door God is opening of the hidden manna in Rev. 2:17:

Those who have ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To those who overcome, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give them a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to those who receive it. (NIV)

I believe that God is giving us a new fragrance of God’s presence. A freshness of God’s power, presence and peace, all at once, in this new dimension of intimacy. The fragrance of God’s presence is carrying with it a sanctification, which is happening in our midst (A consecration, dedication,  a new level of faithfulness is coming into the Body of Christ).

When we plant, certain things must fall, must be torn down, so that there is room to plant good seed. We must also tear down the old structures in our lives and in the way we do finances. God is setting up new structures.

It is the season of harvest, but a season of pulling down old altars, of tearing down, must occur first, then comes the planting, sowing and reaping.

Get ready to enter into the season of planting the right seed even in a season of famine.  Isaac prospered in the Book of Genesis, in spite of the famine.

We are entering into a season of God re-ordering the way we do things so that we will prosper 100 fold. We must rebuild the way God tells us, and sow the way God tells us to sow, so that we will build God’s Kingdom.

So hold onto your bibles, the wind of the Spirit is blowing in our midst in greater measure, and we will see signs and wonders as The Holy Spirit moves among us in great power.
