The Lord has consistently been giving us a Word to " come" and I believe that the Lord doesn't remind us or encourage us about something unless we are NOT doing it? I was thinking about that this morning. Why is it that God consistently calls us to come and drink of Gods presence? God knows that we can grow cold very quickly, so being immersed in Gods presence is an invitation not to be taken for granted. Are we listening when God is saying come?

I was also wondering why is it that we fear running to the throne of grace? What control issue or fear is there that it causing us from being released to enjoy the magnificence of Gods presence?  Perhaps it's a fear of committment? Perhaps a fear of losing the world? Well, the Bible tell us what profits a person if they gain the world but lose their soul? Matthew 16:26

There is no time like now to listen to the call to come. God loves us so much and the invitation is open.. so come! Revelations 3.16 God says to us that God would rather have us be hot or cold but not lukewarm.... you are either hot or you're cold.. you cannot be both.

I want to encourage you today to get HOT for the Kingdom!!
